Choosing Frederking Construction Co, for your new home, you can rest assured you will talk with the owner directly from the start of an estimate to the day you are ready to move in.  When using the Panelized Wall system, the material arrives in one complete package and comes preassembled so your home comes together much faster.  Generally, typical Home Construction of these plans takes on average, 2 days for Roof Sheathing, Felt Paper, Exterior Walls, and the Roof Trusses to be completed on the jobsite. Within 2 days, you will see significant visual progress and have peace of mind knowing that the project is weather tight.  What we accomplish in 2 days , takes others weeks to accomplish. Once Plan has been confirmed and the Contract is signed, the Computer Aided Shop Plans are created for exterior and interior wall detail of the project.
